Is anyone else tired of all of the hate directed at fans on deviantART? I mean, everyone has a right to dislike a particular fandom just as people have a right to love a fandom. But I think it's wrong to call someone "stupid" (or worse things) for liking something different than someone else.

In the past month or so, I have been bashed for my liking of Sakura, DeiSaku, and NaruSaku. A couple people said I was "stupid and blind" to like DeiSaku, and someone called me the "girly fan of that SUCKura slut." Others have told me to give up on NaruSaku because Sakura is too slutty/bitchy/weak (um, wtf?) for Naruto.

These comments were made on my page and on my deviations, not anywhere else. I can understand comments such as "Sasuke sucks, I don't like him" (as long as it is NOT said to a fan or on a pro-Sasuke deviation), but saying "you're so dumb and fangirly to like Sasuke" is just wrong.

This stamp is for anyone who has been hated for what they like, or for people who are against the bashing of fans. This is for all types of fans, whether you like NaruSaku, SasuSaku, Sakura, Sasuke, Karin, yaoi, or ANYTHING! This is even for Bleach fans, OnePiece fans, Harry Potter fans, Avatar fans, music fans, Grey's Anatomy fans, FANART fans (there's so much hate towards fanartists right now) and so forth.
